{"id":18474,"date":"2021-08-30T12:13:36","date_gmt":"2021-08-30T10:13:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fahrschule-homburg.be\/category-be\/"},"modified":"2026-07-04T10:33:15","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T08:33:15","slug":"category-be","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fahrschule-homburg.be\/en\/category-be\/","title":{"rendered":"Category B+E"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <strong>category B+E driving license<\/strong> is required to drive a category B vehicle with a heavy trailer ( &gt;750kg HzGM ).<\/p>\n<p>You must complete 8 mandatory driving lessons; after that, you can take the practical driving test.<br \/>\nThere is no written driving test.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The practical driving test consists of two parts:<\/strong><br \/>\nthe maneuvering portion, which takes place on a private lot, and<br \/>\nthe portion on public roads.<\/p>\n<p>(If the skills test portion is not passed, the &#8220;public road&#8221; portion will not take place at all.<br \/>\nIf the skills test portion is passed but the public road portion is not, the skills test portion does not need to be retaken for a period of 3 years.)<\/p>\n<p>Our training is conducted using a Dacia Duster with a Saris trailer.<br \/>\nThis combination allows even novice drivers to be trained in driving vehicles with trailers without any problems, since the trailer\u2019s width does not exceed that of the towing vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Training in French is also possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All of this is available at the attractive package price<\/strong> of <strong>828 euros<\/strong><br \/>\n(8 driving lessons + maneuver test simulation + on-the-road test simulation)<br \/>\nPlease add the current GOCA fee (driver&#8217;s license examiner fee) to this price.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A category B+E driving license is required to drive a category B vehicle with a heavy trailer ( &gt;750kg HzGM ).
